Delivery Service

We ship our packets with DHL/Deutsche Post. Deliveries to DHL’s “Packstationen” and post offices is no problem.

Shipping fees inside of Germany

For orders through our online store, we charge €2,99 incl. VAT.
For a purchase of €30,00 or higher, shipping is free of charge (shipping fees do not count towards the total sum of your purchase).

International shipping fees

We currently deliver to the following countries outside of Germany:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
 
For orders to any of these countries, customers can use the same payment methods as for orders inside of Germany.
 
Shipping fees for international orders are €11,99 incl. VAT.
 
For orders with a value of €100,00 or more, shipping is free (shipping fees do not count towards the total sum of your purchase).

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 8 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
