Prepayment via Bank Transfer

This is the normal bank transfer, which you have to make yourself after order confirmation, either by form at your house bank or of course online. Please do not forget to include the order number as reason for transfer, because only then a clear assignment to your order can be made. Depending on the bank, it takes about 1 to 2 days until we receive the money and the payment can be booked.

You have up to 7 days to pay.

Amazon Pay

In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon even before completing the ordering process in our online store. In order to complete the order process via Amazon and pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or register first and legitimize yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. Then you will be redirected back to our online store, where you can complete the ordering process. A registration or additional deposit of your payment information with us is not necessary with this method. As a rule, the deposited account or credit card will be charged with a time delay. Credits and refunds are posted to your deposited account. A payout to an account other than the one used for payment is not possible.

Classic PayPal payment

In the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. Your PayPal account will usually be debited immediately. Credits and refunds will be posted to your PayPal account. A payout to other than the account used for payment is not possible.

There are no additional fees for you for all Paypal payments.

Direct debit

In the order process you will be redirected to PayPal, here you enter bank details for direct debit.

Credit card

Convenient payment with your credit card. In the order process you will be redirected to PayPal, enter your credit card data and authenticate yourself via 3-D Secure. The credit card must be activated for this procedure by your provider. Use of this procedure is not optional and has been mandatory for credit card payments in online commerce since 2019. However, not every credit card is automatically activated for this security procedure. Contact your credit card provider in this regard if you cannot use your credit card in the ordering process.

Giropay / SOFORT online bank transfer

Direct bank transfer through the service providers Paydirekt GmbH / Klarna GmbH. You need a valid online banking access for your house bank. In the order process you will be connected to the portal of the service provider. By entering your online banking access data, the service provider creates a bank transfer for your order. To execute it, you need to confirm it with your selected online banking verification procedures. The transfer will then be executed directly and your bank account will be debited accordingly. Credits and refunds will be posted to your bank account. It is not possible to withdraw funds to any account other than the one used for the payment.

The payment process is handled exclusively by the external service provider. We do not receive any bank information from you. Therefore, be sure to note the privacy policy and other information of the service providers.

Note: Active ad or script blocker add-ons can lead to problems during the payment process. In case of an add-on interfering with your payment, the order cannot be completed. We recommend that you add our page to your script blocker’s white list or, if there are still issues during check-out, to temporarily deactivate the script blocker add-on. This only applies to orders made with Amazon Pay.
